How do I use sea moss gel?
Take 1–2 tablespoons daily. Enjoy it as it is or add it to smoothies, juices, herbal teas, raw foods and dressings.

What does it taste like?
The flavour is naturally mild, so it blends easily into drinks and foods without overpowering them.

How should I store it?
Keep your sea moss gel refrigerated in a sealed jar at or below 5°C. For the best quality, use within 3 weeks of opening.

Can I freeze it?
Yes. For longer storage, freeze the gel in individual portions or ice cube trays and use within 6 months.
