UK chilled delivery
BarelyThere® Wildcrafted Sea Moss Gel is a fresh, chilled and perishable food product.
UK orders outside our local delivery area are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Chilled Delivery at a flat rate of £5.00.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver on the next working day, but this is not a guaranteed next-day service and delivery times can occasionally be affected by destination, weather or operational delays.
Sea Moss Gel is packed in insulated packaging with frozen gel packs to help maintain a chilled temperature during transit. Royal Mail recommends insulated packaging and frozen gel packs for chilled perishables and recommends Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 as the minimum service for this type of shipment.
Please refrigerate your Sea Moss Gel promptly once delivered and follow the storage instructions provided on the product label.
Local delivery
Local delivery is available to eligible addresses within 6 miles of our Nottingham fulfilment location.
Local delivery charges are:
- Orders from £15.00 to £39.99 — £3.50
- Orders of £40.00 or more — FREE
Your Sea Moss Gel will be delivered chilled. We will contact you after your order is placed to arrange delivery.
Local delivery availability is determined by the delivery address entered at checkout.
Delivery times
Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.
We will prepare and dispatch chilled orders as promptly as reasonably possible. We may occasionally delay dispatch where this is necessary to avoid a perishable order spending an excessive amount of time in transit, for example around certain weekends, bank holidays, severe weather or known carrier disruption.
UK distance-selling rules require delivery arrangements, costs and expected timescales to be made clear before purchase, so this policy should match what customers actually see at checkout.
Missed or unsuccessful delivery
Please make sure the delivery address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate.
If Royal Mail is unable to deliver your parcel, the options available to you will depend on the carrier’s tracking and redelivery arrangements.
Because Sea Moss Gel is perishable, customers should arrange redelivery or collection as soon as possible following an unsuccessful delivery attempt.
We cannot accept responsibility for deterioration caused by an incorrect delivery address supplied by the customer or an unreasonable delay in collecting or rearranging delivery after a valid delivery attempt. This does not affect your statutory rights where the product was faulty, damaged or otherwise not of satisfactory quality when supplied.
Damaged or delayed orders
If your Sea Moss Gel arrives damaged, leaking or in a condition that causes you concern, please contact us as soon as possible at barely_there@outlook.com.
Please include your order number and photographs of the product and packaging where possible.

Digital products
Food That Brings You Back – Digital Recipe Ebook is delivered electronically and does not incur a shipping charge.
The download is made available digitally after purchase in accordance with the delivery arrangements shown at checkout.
Delivery area
At launch, physical Sea Moss Gel orders are available for delivery within the United Kingdom, subject to the shipping options shown at checkout.
If your address is not eligible for one of our available delivery methods, you will not be able to complete checkout for the physical product.
